Full Moon in Libra | April 13, 2025

Full moon in libra presented as a tarot style card

An invitation to soften, recalibrate, and return to centre…

The Libra Full Moon rises with grace this weekend, reminding us to pause and check in with how we’re moving through life—emotionally, physically, energetically. Libra is the sign of balance, harmony, relationships, and beauty. And when the Moon is full in this Venus-ruled sign, we’re offered a chance to reflect on the ways we hold space for others, for ourselves, and for everything in between.

I’ve personally been noticing a few little imbalances creeping in—not in a dramatic way, just in the subtle, whispery way life often speaks.

My husband’s been away on a motorcycle ride, and I’ve really missed the contribution he makes at home. It’s funny how you don’t realise how steady something is until it’s not there. It’s made me reflect on how much we rely on partnership—not just romantically, but practically, spiritually, energetically. His absence has reminded me how interconnected our roles really are.

At the same time, I’ve taken up a new exercise regime (thank you Aries season!), and while I’m loving the shift in momentum, my body is sore. I’ve been in this conversation with myself—how do I stay committed to movement while also being soft, nurturing, and realistic with my body? How do I avoid swinging too far into ‘pushing’ or collapsing into ‘not at all’?

These are Libra questions. Not the superficial “everything must be perfect” kind—but the deeper work of finding our centre again and again.

How this Full Moon in Libra might show up for you:

   •   You might feel tension in a relationship that needs addressing—with honesty, not blame.

   •   You may crave beauty and space around you—time to clean up, rearrange, or just breathe.

   •   You could find yourself feeling emotionally off-kilter and not know why. (The Moon knows why.)

   •   Or you might be swinging between extremes—go-go-go energy and total depletion. This Moon says: let’s find the middle.

Journal Prompts for This Libra Full Moon:

1. Where in my life do I need to re-centre or recalibrate?

2. How am I navigating the dance between self and others?

3. What would balance feel like in my body, my space, or my relationships right now?

Libra Full Moons often call for a quiet kind of magic: candlelight, clean sheets, a gentle walk in nature, or an honest conversation. You don’t have to do a big ritual. Sometimes balance is restored through the simplest acts—drinking water, turning off your phone, stretching your back, saying no when you mean no.

Tonight, I’ll be standing barefoot in the grass, exhaling slowly, and reminding myself: I’m allowed to adjust. I’m allowed to soften. I’m allowed to ask for help and still be strong.

This Moon might be your reminder too.

Blessed be

Angela 🌝🕯️

Love this Ange! I really resonate with this as my husband is just home from India. He is such a great Dad and picks up my least favourite, cleaning the kitchen after I’ve done the creating 😅 He is Libra too and in his absence, I’ve been nesting, cleaning, planting seeds and tending my plants. I’ve been injured and have started this week lots of rehab which is making me feel so much more positive.

Have a beautiful weekend 🌟💜

Oh I love this—thank you for sharing! It sounds like we’ve both been feeling the ripple of our beautiful men being away. There’s something so grounding about their energy, isn’t there? I smiled reading about him picking up the kitchen cleanup—what a gift! My husband is a virgo and obsessed with the dishwasher, so this is very relatable! Your nesting and tending sounds like such a perfect reflection of this Full Moon energy too—clearing space, planting seeds, honouring the body.

I’m so glad your rehab is feeling positive. Sending you gentle strength and lots of love for the journey. Wishing you a beautiful, balanced weekend too, I will be in the garden, mulching, planting and I have a ton o…
